A Beautiful Tribute to Riley and Claudia

A local landscape artist, Jim Weiter, has donated the materials and labor to create a lovely memorial for the girls. Mr. Weiter has fully landscaped the median at Warnok and Crittenden, near the accident scene, with the approval of the city and the families. It is planted with pink and purple flowers, the girls favorite colors and features a statue called "The Swimmers". The statue depicts 2 small girls in bathing suits holding hands and playing. There will be a service and dedication at the memorial site on Sunday, September 14th at 4:00 pm. Fr. Jerry will be attending and has asked that we join him and show our support to Eva, Kim and the families.
