Resurrection Episcopal Church
A small welcoming parish, Resurrection is nestled in the Southend of Louisville on tree-lined historic Southern Parkway. The parkway, once known as Grand Boulevard, is one of Frederick Olmsted's finest designs.
With the mission of "Making Jesus Come Alive In Our Lives", Resurrection prides itself on a rich history of an inclusive accepting spirit. The first faith home for the "Lost Boys" of Sudan, a number of nationalities continue to maintain an active membership at Resurrection.
"Let love be genuine; hate what it is evil, hold fast to what is good; love one another with mutual affection; out do one another in showing honor. Do not lag in zeal, be ardent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, persevere in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints; extend hospitality to stranger." - Romans 12Worship Schedule
