The Resurrection Community Center

Established in 2001, the Resurrection Community Center supports the continuum of life with its many partnerships: South Louisville Community Ministries ( SLCM) Adult Day care,the Somali Bantu, two Alcoholics Anonymous and a Narcotics Anonymous are weekly campus participants.

The SLCM Adult Day Center, one a few medical models offered in Louisville, is open five days a week on the Resurrection campus. This caring program provides respite for family while engaging seniors in fun and stimulating activities. Clients come from across the Metro Louisville area.

The Somali Bantu program is a also a 501 C3 providing support and social service for this specific group of refugees from Somali called the Somali Bantu. It is the focus of this organization to assist in facilitating the transition of the Somali Bantu to American life.

The self help groups meet on campus Monday at 7 p.m. (Breckinridge AA), Wednesday at 7 p.m.(NA) and Friday at 7p.m.(AA).
